What to Expect
This is a lifestyle training for anyone interested in diving into the depths of what Yoga really is. In the west, we have evolved yoga into a mostly physical experience when in reality yoga is a way of life and most of its practices happen off the mat.
In this in-person journey, we will deeply dive into philosophy, breath and subtle energy, aligned relationships, inspired action, daily disciplines, dharma (life’s purpose), and so much more.
This experience is worth 20 Accredited hours for Yoga Instructors, yet anyone can join. You don’t have to be a yoga teacher to receive so much wisdom from this workshop/training.
