Brittany and Kierstie have a history of leading truly transformational and highly-sought after yoga retreats. From heart-opening, accessible guided meditations, to connection-based, life-changing yoga practices, they approach each retreat with care and compassion, and ensure every individual is taken care of from initial registration to the final ‘namaste’.
This Belize yoga retreat will be their third co-led women’s retreat, and all are welcome to experience the paradise that awaits.

About Kierstie
Kierstie’s entire life has become centered around sharing and connecting through Yoga. She treats this practice as her sacred duty and has happily dedicated her life to nurturing her craft. She combined her athletic background with several in-depth yoga + meditation trainings to build a repertoire of uplifting yogic healing skills. Kierstie is 500 HR YTT Certified and teaches a range of classes, yet she is most known for her dynamic, sensation-based, music-centered vinyasa as well as her thought-provoking yin classes. She thrives in encouraging her students to expand outside of their comfort zones and integrate into their highest potential. She loves to channel her light-hearted yet grounding spirit into her offerings while holding true to the ancient lineage of ashtanga yoga. Her mission is to be a catalyst of healing + transformation for those who seek to return to themselves and eliminate the barriers that hold them back from the abundant world around them. Love is the way.

About Brittany
Passionate & purpose-driven. Brittany has been devoted to serving students on their mats since late 2013. The former northeast area lead, master trainer and yoga boutique manager in Florham Park, NJ with Life Time – the healthy way of life company, Brittany has since moved to San Diego to pursue her doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science. Brittany’s natural inclination for fulfilling her ‘why’ has led her across the country, constantly living on the edge, continuing her journey to heal and serve, and in doing so, allowed the most beautiful blessings into her life.

What to Expect
6 Days and 5 nights at a highly-coveted private island resort

Group Snorkel trip to the world-renowned Belize Barrier Reef (the second largest reef system in the world, with an option to upgrade to scuba diving)

Investment
Retreat investment begins at $2,750 per person for a shared accommodation, $4,000 for a private accommodation. a non-refundable $750 deposit will secure your space, with the remaining balance due on or before January 15, 2024 in a two-part payment plan. no refunds will be offered after December 1, 2023.
Tuition includes a hopper flight from Belize City to Dangriga, Belize, as well as the boat ride from Dangriga to Thatch Caye Island.
Not included: flights to Belize City, travel insurance (strongly suggested), hotel gratuities, optional activities such as sailing or a private cruise, lobster or conch hunt, fishing trip, zip-lining, rainforest horseback ride + swim, culinary tour, or massages, body wraps + scrubs from the Thatch Caye spa.

Dreamy Tropical Accommodations
Accommodations are the crown jewel of your Belize Yoga Retreat @ Thatch Caye. From the beautiful overwater bungalows to spacious oceanfront cabanas, every room at Thatch Caye was recently renovated using reclaimed island materials. Each accommodation is a true oasis with private outdoor space and more importantly, no “real world” distractions. Rooms at Thatch Caye have all of the necessities. You won’t find a phone, TV, or WiFi in your room, but all are available at the Coco Lounge, if you happen to need them.
