It's time to decompress as we slow down the day with this Relaxing Restorative Yoga Practice. Imagine spending 35 minutes just for you as we take care of our bodies and nervous system through a sequence of postures to drop you into your peace and bliss. Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all shapes are done on the floor with props like blocks, blankets and bolsters; expect to hold postures for an extended amount of time as you allow your body to melt into each shape.
