Bonnie Brazeau

Embrace the Journey

About Bonnie

My yoga journey began at a young age inside a small Bikram studio in Ann Arbor, MI. I continued to hold a Bikram practice as a way to cross train for race running, until I discovered the Mysore style of Ashtanga yoga. Immediately hooked and in love with the routine, I dove in and became a dedicated practitioner. I have since studied many styles of yoga, focusing now mostly on Vinyasa. I’ve had the honor of teaching at 6 studios, created my own business surrounding private clients in San Diego, helped open a new studio and hire/guide a yoga team in the Cayman Islands, led retreats abroad, and taught YTT’s for my first yoga school as a student. I recently started my own Yoga Teacher Training business, and my focus is now on sharing my knowledge in a 200-Hour Training setting.
